A: (un)stressed & co. acknowledges and understands the emotional/sentimental attachment that may come along with any decluttering process. The expectation of our services is never to feel regret. Please note our team fulfills a service that the client has preemptively acknowledged and deemed troublesome and non-functional. It is the responsibility of the client to clearly declare a thorough non-negotiable list of items that will not be considered in services rendered.

Q: "i'm EMBARRASSED ABOUT the way my home/belongings are currently, I DON'T want to be subjected to judgement!"

A: we are not here to judge the challenges we all face in balancing our home and REAL-LIFE task at hand, THINK of us as the solution to never feeling EMBARRASSED again! All in-home packages require the client to provide safe and healthy workspace conditions for the (UN)STRESSED & CO. project duration. although we do not provide housekeeping services or such, (un)stressed & co. will provide complimentary materials necessary to declutter the client's space accordingly (i.e heavy-duty bags, gloves). The client is solely responsible for all disposable acts and fees to properly discard items accordingly unless recommendations are offered.

About the logistics

Q: Can i cancel or reschedule after the retainer has been submitted?

A: For all cancellation and rescheduling requests, the client shall provide written notice as soon as possible. Retainers and funds previously paid are not obligated to be refunded and will solely be of (un)stressed & co. discretion. If canceled, the client's outstanding payment balance obligations may only be relieved if (un)stressed & co. can secure a replacement on the canceled day at hand unless otherwise noted. Rescheduled service dates are subject to (un)stressed & co. current date availability. 

Q: "i need a LAST-MINUTE booking, is it too late TO request service with (un)stressed & co.?"

A: if you need us contact us as soon as possible, we would love to assist in the best capacity available. SERVICE DATES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Any bookings with less than 14-days notice of the project date are subject to a 100% total cost retainer along with a 10% late booking fee assessment to receive service after the initial consultation. 

Q: how long do i have after the INITIAL (UN)STRESSED & CO. consultation to retain services?"

A: All (un)stressed & co. prospective clients receive a custom proposal (blueprint) after the client has selected their preferred services from the (un)stressed & co. investment collection, within the allotted timeframe following the initial consultation. Because we value your time simultaneously with ours, (un)stressed & co. lives to properly curate detailed experiences for each client, therefore, all proposals (blueprints) are time sensitive and will expire fourteen days after the post-origination date unless noted otherwise. after the expiration of the proposal, the clients PREFERRED date of service is subject to AVAILABILITY and any additional cost associated with the expected timeline.

Q: does (un)stressed & co. PROVIDE SERVICES BEYOND metro detroit, MICHIGAN?

A: YES WE DO! Any EXTENSIVE CLIENT-RELATED TRAVEL for AN EVENT OR PROJECT BEYOND 25 MILES WILL INCUR TRAVEL COSTS THAT MAY COVER ACCOMMODATIONS, AIRFARE, goods, and/OR mileage required to be acquired. THE CLIENT WILL BE PROVIDED WITH PRICING RATES VIA A CUSTOM PROPOSAL ALONG WITH INTENDED SERVICES.

Q: AFTER BECOMING A (UN)STRESSED & CO. CLIENT, AM I ELIGIBLE FOR REFERRAL INCENTIVES?

About the investment

Q: Is pre-launch pricing still AVAILABLE?

A: unfortunately, no. Although we appreciate everyone who has patronized our services especially during that time, our prices are as-is, unless otherwise noted. we will often offer sweet perks & incentives, SO please sign up for our newsletter community and stay tuned in for the latest news and promotions from (un)stressed & co.!

Q: does (UN)STRESSED & CO. charge by the hour, project or are you percentage based?

A: Depending on the complexity of the project, (un)stressed & co. offers standard pricing and hourly rates for client events/projects, we also recognize that some circumstances may be need more attention than others, so we have implemented a percentage-based labor pay structure of 15% of total project expenses in certain packages. This structure will allow (un)stressed & co. the ability to cover the time invested by our team, as sometimes an hourly rate does not accurately provide a source of profit. This is a standard reflected in many industries such as ours.

Q: Can i request payment arrangements?

A: Payment arrangements will automatically be set up in two equal installments with lesser retainers unless a custom payment plan is requested within the initial consultation. A custom payment plan will provide two additional installments unless unfavorable circumstances apply. PLEASE NOTE: ALL VIRTUAL SERVICES REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT AFTER THE INITIAL CONSULTATION.  

Q: WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DOES (UN)STRESSED & CO. ACCEPT?

A: For your convenience, payments can be made through Zelle (via: payments@unstressedco.com) preferably. Any other payment forms such as CREDIT CARDS, Honeybook, PayPal, AND PERSONAL CHECKS are accepted but may BE SUBJECT TO additional processing fees and times, the client is responsible for all costs assessed IF A PAYMENT IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON.
